The purpose of this post is satirical. Some of the things listed, such as the Lifetime movies and Prada and Coach comments, are goofy and ridiculous and just for a laugh.

Other comments, like those dealing with modesty, are meant to send a message to girls that they don’t have to conform to our culture’s standards and become what society tells them they have to become. They don’t have to dress immodest and buy into the world’s definition of entertainment. There’s no value in them becoming “that girl.”
