The worst times are Fridays and Saturdays between 7-9 PM. That's when some of the "crazies" come out. I prefer reserving online, and then picking it up on my way home from work. Not too shabby. It's a pretty good idea. I went to the one at my local Walmart and there was no waiting when I rented or returned the movie.
