Bad customer service? I don’t know what Waffle House that this lady ate at, but mine has always been superb.
In fact, one time I got a salad and the guy actually cut the American single slice into little tiny pieces to give it the effect of being shredded.

She threw a waffle at the waitress! That is seriously the best part of the story! Mental note: never chuck a waffle at a Waffle House server.
