Here’s a few things I noted and a few of my opinions as well:

- We love Disney/Pixar movies!

- Disney still reigns supreme in the animated world

- Where in the world is “Toy Story 2″ and how did “Ice Age 2″ get a higher user rating?

- “Finding Nemo” is overrated (my least favorite Pixar movie)

- Have we taken for granted Fievel, “Fantasia,” and Roger Rabbit?

- Is “Mulan” really a better movie than “Pocahontas?”

- Steve Carrell is on the list twice (“Over the Hedge” and “Horton Hears…”

Now I want to hear your opinions, comments, and feedback on this list. Do you agree with the rest of America? Disagree with me? Do you think “Wall-E” or “Kung Fu Panda” will crack this list? Make your voice heard!!!

I totally agree–why AREN’T some of the good ones of there? And why IS “Ice Age 2″ so highly ranked? Or better yet, WHY are they making an “ICE AGE 3″?!

And really, how did random unknown Japanese flicks get in there (I’m sure I just ruffled the feathers of some hardcore Anime enthusiasts…my apologies)? Although, I have to admit, I’ve actually seen “Spirited Away”, and it’s actually pretty good…

I’m equally surprised that “Finding Nemo” is number 1. I like the movie, but I wouldn’t have given it a number one, by any means.

And ya know what I just realized? This is the Yahoo top rated list. Who asked the Yahoo people or how did THEY get to decide the list of best animated movies? No one asked me.

Good point! “Ice Age” might end up becoming the new “Land Before Time.” 37 movies, 22 sing-a-longs, boring, boring, boring!

    1) I feel like Bambi being on the list is a pity vote. Enough people probably said, “Aw I have to say Bambi, I hate not to…”
    2) I like Finding Nemo. I agree with it being number 1.
    3) I haven’t seen every animated film so my opinion is not really important.
    4) I think my desire to NOT see Ice Age means I don’t like it.
    5) Almost all of the Disney Princess movies made it.. little girls every where are probably very proud..
5)) Which number 5 makes me wonder, are these adults or children making this list and if it isn’t children, what would their list look like?
6)Lastly, by what standards are they judging? Quality? Most entertaining? ….

  4. Your Girlfriend Says:

    um…I have 2 number 5′s….sorry…

  5. Leigh Says:

I love Disney movies. Some more than others. I loved Finding Nemo but I definitely would not have made it my number 1.

Pixar movies are the BEST in my opinion. I loved the original Ice Age. I haven’t seen the 2nd one and I won’t be seeing the 3rd one…why they are even making a new one is beyond me…

I love Shrek but in all honesty it shouldn’t have made the top 10. It’s a good movie, funny for the most part, but not worthy of being in the top 10.

wow, i just looked at the clock…i need to go to sleep. lol

  6. Tanya Says:

I don’t think Enchanted should count. About 20 minutes of the movie is animated.

I can’t believe Snow White got higher than Sleeping Beauty. At least Sleeping Beauty has the dragon…

  7. Jared Says:

The yahoo list is total crap. How can you place movies that have been around for five years over a movie like snow white which was made in the 30s and stood the test of time. The same goes for all the other old Disney classics. There is no comparison.
