So maybe the tag is a lie; maybe they really do melt in your mouth and in your hands. Either way, I love M&Ms! Original, peanut, peanut butter…yep…all good!
Because my mind is filled with random worthless thoughts, I started thinking about the “lost” M&Ms today. You might have no idea what I’m talking about, but let’s take a stroll down memory lane.
M&M’s used to come in tan. Unfortunately, when blue was introduced in 1995, tan was replaced. As much as I like blue, this was kind of disheartening to me. Tan represented the “upscale” M&M to me. It was like the khaki pants of the M&Ms. But sadly, tan is now gone.
In 2002, a contest was conducted where people could vote for a new M&M color: aqua, pink, or purple. Purple was the eventual winner. However, have you seen a purple M&M lately? Didn’t think so!
So what happened to these colors? We may never know!
More importantly, I couldn’t think of anything else to write about, and if you made it this far, you’re probably very bored and also craving M&Ms.
Since I am both of those, I’m out of here!

Yeah…thanks David. I actually DO want M&Ms now.
I remember the tan ones. And as for the purple M&Ms…I’m a little sadden because I voted for the aqua. Guess it makes no difference beings there aren’t even purple ones….*sigh*
Great…now I want some M&Ms even more. LOL THANKS!!!!

I love those! Kinda like an Andes Mint in an M&M. The Indiana Jones Snickers with coconut is pretty good too.

Remember when we bought those Indiana Crispy Mint M&Ms to have a bet on whether they were good or not. I think I said they wouldn’t be and you said they would….. I think I won. :) heh heh

Actually I really liked them and you admitted they were pretty good. That means I won. You are mis-remembering Roger Clemens…or is it Robert Clements?

Ok. Ok. So, I may have mis-remembered… but I still won. Why? Because I never lose. Even when you win, I win. It’s called a win-win-win. You win, I win, and Michael Scott wins. We all win. :)
